When a Presentation Doesn't Look Like a Presentation

ZONES provides technology solutions and services to a variety of global businesses. Each year the Partner Summit event is the hallmark event, letting premier partners know what has been achieved in the current year and goals for the next year. The "AMPLIFY" theme was carried through from event branding to custom ice sculpture table displays to opening videos and the CEO / SVP Presentation. Worked with the Creative Director and Executive Leadership Team who wanted to take advantage of Fremont Studio's 5 screen display to present information in a more modern format. The goal was for the audience to feel like they weren't watching a PowerPoint presentation, so I designed a complex, animation-layered 3-deck PowerPoint. On the night of the event, we amplified audience engagement running a combination of executive video messages alongside the main presentation.
